‘The Godfather of Poker’: WSOP Pays Tribute to Doyle Brunson

Doyle Brunson (1933-2023) died on Sunday, May 14 two weeks ago, just before the 2023 WSOP began. So while he’s no longer on that plane, it’s no surprise that his presence can be felt at every step in Las Vegas, where the World Series kicked off yesterday.
