Costa Rica’s Federico Quevedo competed on the European Poker Tour stage in Prague, where he made two final tables in side events.

First, he was in Event #6 NLHE Hyper Turbo Freezeout, where 144 players paid a €550 buy-in to create a €69,120 ($74,778) pot. Federico was just one shy of a spade in second place, earning him €13,190 ($14,270).

At the time, he was one of the finalists in Event #25 Pot Limit Omaha (Hatte 109 entry) worth €5,200, with €528,650 ($569,139) distributed. The Costa Rican finished eighth, earning €18,500 ($19,917).

In 2023, he had 8 cashes, 5 final tables and 2 2nd places, earning $186,267. In July, he had his best live finish when he finished second in Event #73 Mixed Game High Stakes for $117,577. He has earned $374,000 in his career and ranks 11th on Costa Rica’s all-time money list.
